WEST Jazz Ensemble
Great Job on the Brentwood exchange concert. Thank you very much to all the students and parents for getting the students to this event and making it happen. My Brentwood colleague, Mr. Sarling also requested that I convey his gratitude. This was truly a great moment in jazz education. This kind of event was a very good educational exchange for everyone. Students experiencing other students' performance work is rare and unique.
Teachers, parents and students were able to observe different teaching styles and philosophies, abilities of students, facilities, more performance experience for the students and another cultural tie that music has created.
Great Job Jazzers!! and thank you once again to all students and parents.

Great Job!!! on the Memorial Day Parade and a big thank you to all parents and students for making necessary arrangements to participate.
Also a big thank you to both High School Principals, Mr. Dolan and Mr. Thompson for giving the bands a Mannino's pizza lunch. Great Pizza.
Performance Reminder: Wednesday, June 6, 2007 is our spring concert,@ 7:30pm Students must arrive no later than 6:45pm. Concert dress is black and white and dress shoes. No flip flops or sneakers.
