We will resume rehearsals on 3/5/12 at our usual time.  Please come with your music prepared for the Fashion show, March 14th and the Gala concert, March 16th.

Concert @ Bayshore has been rescheduled.   We will rehearse at our usual time.

Please also note we are playing the PTSA Fashion show in March.

Next week's rehearsal will be replaced with attendance at a  free jazz performance at Bay Shore HS.  Please see below.

Pete McGuinnis is a jazz trombonist, GRAMMY-nominated composer/arranger, award-winning jazz vocalist, and jazz educator. NYSSMA solo festival registration

To all students;
Please be aware that the NYSSMA registration deadline is Fri., Jan 11, 2013.  You may also earn extra credit for preparing a solo and attending the solo festival for the 3rd Quarter and if you score an "O" on a Level IV solo or an "A" on  a Level V/VI you will be exempt from the final exam.

Please note that all concert music must be prepared and lessons, rehearsals and performances  must be attended regardless.
